I think this is an awesome thing to do, though, I'm hopefully going to be in the position to fit that role in a year or two (and sadly, my siblings' children have no interest in shooting).

Yep....woke up at 4:30. Finished reading a book thinking I'd fall back to sleep. Gave up and coffee has been conusmed, laundry has been started and the work day is about to commence.
