And so it has begun. Down the Reloading rabbit hole I go.

I still need large rifle primers and powder. Some of these things listed below I was told were either not required, I could borrow, or were just optional. Well, in the spirit of getting a good start, I decided to buy them anyways.

I want to personally thank everyone involved in this process, especially those who helped immensely offline. This has been a dream of mine for a very long time.

Congratulations. You'll be surprised how accurate your handloads are versus factory. I thoroughly enjoy making them.

    I feel like a proud papa...um...oh yeah, y'all decided I was mom.

Ya done good but mom may still smack you on the forehead for not getting the 69gr SMK's and don't give that same old excuse you've been using.

Now start going to yard sales and find a dehydrator for drying your brass and get a vibratory tumbler with corncob media to clean off the case lube. We may not have told you about all the things you will buy. giggle giggle:hehe:

When you ad his last name in the mix, that sounded like 10 kinds of wrong. Nope, not going there.

I need to think it through before I type. I took ambien at 4 this morning. Yeah, that's my excuse.

Cut up a very juicy orange, an apple, some celery and sliced up and quartered an onion. Mixed up our secret herbs and spices and mixed in to stuff the bird.
Slipped butter patties under the skin up onto the breast. Took soft butter and mixed it with he rest of the herbs and aromatics and covered the bird. Salt and pepper as desired.

Put a foil tent on it after I put half an inch of Turkey broth in the roasting pan. Into the oven at 325* for 2.5 hours.
    Then the next step.

It's amazing how long it takes to prep vs how long it takes to consume. Fried 2 turkeys and of course I cleaned up the kitchen after all was done. Wife and daughter did the other prep over the last couple of days.

My daughter is house and dog sitting for a friend this week so has been over during the days, but back and forth and staying there in the evenings.

Daughter brought home a friend from school for the week, whose family got Covid just before she was about to head to her home before the break. So we had an extra.

My son who lives in ATL drove down to FL to see my brother and folks.
