He has been unusually quiet ... maybe got lost in his garage working on cleaning up the new millng machine?
I'm assuming he will have fabricated a car only starting with a pencil in the time he's been gone.

I'm not sure what's going on around here ... not even token resistance ... just total, blind compliance! Suggest a pistol ... somebody buys the pistol. Suggest a trigger ... somebody buys the trigger ... it's like an episode of Twilight Zone.

Maybe I've just been away from the CZickness for too long?

We are a group of peer pressure specialists. I like to think we are very good at what we do. Some of us apply the pressure, some of us succumb to it...many of us do both.

I'm shocked the artificial pricing hasn't crashed yet. Prices are as artificial as they were in '08 or whatever year it was before that bubble popped thanks to Obummer and company.
Just different reason. This time it is ACTUALLY more demand than supply raising prices. Which I don't understand. Didn't the virus just kill a bunch of people over the last 2 years? Shouldn't we have some spare houses floating around now?

The incomplete explanation is the lack of supply in the housing market is a result of an undervalued market during the 2008-2014, years of artificially low interest rates, easy mortgage qualifications, reduced new construction, reduction in available land and barriers to new developement (local market conditions vary...).

Buying more guns for me is a bit like mental illness. Sometimes all it takes is a little push.

Sold a block and a shield last month, bought 2 CZ's this month.
