    In this new incident...

    1. The officer that shot the dude did, in fact mess up. Probably just got flustered in a scary, dangerous situation. (caused by the criminal by the way) In any case, it's clear in the body cam video she was calling "Taser". Then she used her sidearm. Big oops.

    2. The officer's screw up, though having nothing to do do with the race of the offender, will define her career, and entire life from this day forward. It will effect the entire country, thanks to the crap the democrats started last year.

    3. The fact that the dead guy was a criminal who was actively resisting arrest... well, that will somehow be swept under the rug as if by magic. Google the idiot's name right now, and all you'll see is crap pop up about what a great athlete he was... bla, bla...

In all fairness, to the consistency of the application of law, that was clear cut manslaughter. Just as if I accidently hit someone with my car. No hostile intent, no blood thirst, but an accident happened and a life was taken as a result of it.

I know we are on the same page, but for those who aren't I am going to specify that this falling under the umbrella of manslaughter justifies appropriately applied judicially established consequences. It does not justify the mob burning places and things, breaking things, breaking heads, stealing, or killing people. Unfortunately, this is guaranteed regardless of the judicial consequences as evidenced by the fact that it is already happening.

    Let's see....
Most problems happen in the big cities.
Most big cities are run by communist democrats.
Most if not all riots are in communist/democrat cities
Most of the toughest gun laws are in democratically socialistly run states..and big cities.
Most communist democrats give sh*t to the masses...
The masses in the big cities feel entitled to free sh*t.

But the Rural deplorables are the problem!
    Preaching to the choir...

Just roll all local and state police departments into Homeland. I mean, it works in England and some other European countries.
I lived in England for 3 1/2 years. I don't think it works the way you think it works.

Gee, where have I heard that idea before? Oh, yeah. Germany 1933. Maybe all those claims of the right being Nazis is really projecting their own ideas?
If that's the criteria, it's too late for me :fogey:
You've obviously never heard of Samuel Whittemore.

I think it was too. I tried not to be confrontational in my post. But wanted to say just in case. There is a lot wrong on the island.
'Twas implied purple indeed. Anymore I think sarcasm should be the default and some special color should rep seriousness. Makes sense as headlines in the MSM seem to come from The Onion.

I hadn't, so I looked him up. Old guy was hard as woodpecker lips!

May not be as good as I once was, but, I can be as good once as I ever was.

Motivated me to go out and shoot for the first time since I broke my wrist in the car accident in January. Started out with the 22/45 with no pain. Moved to the 9mm w/ RMR and did ok. Decided to try out my new to me RIA 1911a1 FS. Had a couple magazines it didn't like but it shot POA. After about 50 rds I could feel it in the wrist a little so I stopped.

Going to keep working it out as finances allow. Forgot how much I missed it:thumbsup:

OK, you first ma'am. You give up every and any personal security paid by the tax payers at your home, your place of work or during travel. You can still call 911 and pray like the rest of society. No guarding city hall, the state house or the halls of congress. Maybe get an AMazon RING (at your own expense)

I keep wondering, if the people stopped by police decided to cooperate instead of resisting, would they still get shot?
Indiana State Troopers are expected to have, last i heard, from 200 to 600 documented contacts per month, depending on rank and assignment. It sounds like if the critics are right, we should have dead bodies stacked like cordwood along the highways.
