    Can't say I am a fan of expanding taxes, even if you call it a "fee".

    Also, is there a credit facet to this? what about funds someone earned and paid taxes on then wired out? Isn't this double taxation then?

    Sales tax, gas tax, this tax, that tax, mandatory "fees" for utilities that go to the govt. All of those are double taxation as you describe.

    Did you read the article? You will get this back of you file your taxes. If not, the state gets it…

    I have no problem taxing this money until it is proven taxes were paid on it…
