I have a lot of them stored back. I also have some empty stripper clips.

Every gun show I have been to seems to have at least one vendor with the empty clips. Let me take a look, maybe I can set you up.

That's the problem I've had in the past. Bought a pack of ten at a gun show once, they were crap. My guess is they were ncstar. I would really like to find some surplus ammo (i.e. Yugo) already on strips.

I check sgammo, along with several others pretty regularly. No luck with any in stock. I have signed up for a few of those “notify me when back in stock “ emails, but have never received a notice.

Did these dry up as part of that import ban that went into effect about 5 years ago?

I like to be a man about it and load them up one at a time

Jerry Miculek did an sks video. When reloading, he would flip the rifle upside down, release the mag, and dump 10 loose rounds into the rifle then close the mag. It was pretty slick and certainly faster than top loading.

That IS pretty slick. Here's a short video of a guy using that method.

Thanks Snorko- just placed an order!
Update: After about eight days, I had not received a shipping notice, so contacted Keep Shooting. They said they would check on it and two days later I got a shipping notice and now have the stripper clips. When I saw the package I was a little concerned because I have heard this particular brand was not very good. Opened it up and tried some. To my surprise, the ammo fit well and stayed in place. Also fit well in the slot on the rifle and easily loaded the mag.

    Thanks everyone, for the help.
