No, its a social thing among some.
It was a VERY small portion of the overall population that engaged in the activity that is going to **** the majority of the country going forward.

You immediately attributed the comment to the majority instead of the minority, you better take a long long look in the mirror.

It's an inherent flaw in their culture in their part of the world. Culture isn't race and all cultures are not created equal. Skin color doesn't dictate your behavior. They have free will just like everyone else and can choose to engage in low value cultural norms or high value ones. Their problems won't get better as long as their culture values shortsightedness, destruction, and tribal self-interest over common advancement.

It isn't a race thing it's a culture thing. Every culture reacts differently than another when hit with similar circumstances. There is only one race of human beings on earth that is human race, or mankind. Because we are all different colors matter not. However, the culture we are brought up in makes a huge difference.

Africa is filled to the brim with resources the rest of the world is trying to get ahold of, yet none of the nations of Africa have managed to grow to global powers.

Maybe Africa its self has a racism problem, after all we're told racism is the source of all problems.
