Was the guy at least hot? :dunno:

As one of several eyewitnesses to the event, all I can say is:

you gotta sandblast that and then duracoat it, that's the only way to undo what has been done, stripping the metal and refinishing it.

    1. did you yank it back outta his pants or did you wait for him to remove it?
    2. if he handed it back, did you use only 2 fingers to take it by the grip while your other hand prevented the puke from coming out of your mouth?

    I gots questions.
Did he seem to be a nice young man?
Shove it down his pants or slowly poke it down?
Thank you when he gave it back?
Offer his pet names for pistols?
Got more but I don't think your 1911 is ruined. Suggest baby wipe rubdown and never ever mention this affair. Ruger will probably forget a strangers hand in time.

So Andy219 brings in some guns to play with and a bunch of us are sitting around looking, playing, etc. A customer walks in and stops to chat, he likes 1911s. So Andy shows him the brand spanking new Ruger 1911 he just picked up.

The guy is admiring it and then starts talking about holsters . . . or the lack thereof, and then demonstrates his preferred carry method.

So here is the question, how much scrubbing does it take to disinfect a gun that has been in contact with a stranger's junk?

Better question, how do you know it was on said twig and berries? Were you inspecting to see if said fella was a true commando?
2nd isnt cleanlyness by males always tested by the good ole fashion smell test?:laugh:

I was going post this as third person, as in my friend has a 1911 and this is what happened, but Melensdad ruined that for me. Now every gun owner in Indiana knows, well the cool ones at least.
