Purchased new and only put ~100 rounds through it. Includes VZ grips (shown) and Nowlin .40 S&W barrel. The extra .40 barrel was never installed and, although it is a "Pre-fit" kit, experience says that it may need minor fitting by a gunsmith. Comes with one mag.
