If I've said it once I've said it a million times - It is not gun violence it is people violence. Guns do not shoot people on their own, they need a crazy or demented or sick person to shoot and kill other humans. Biden and his socialist enablers need to really look at people violence. Idiots!

Where does that come from? I'd almost guarantee that isn't correct. I believe what you are thinking of was a law that prevented federal funds from going towards gun control. That's it. It was the 1996 "Dickey Amendment" Trump even signed a bill to fund "gun violence studies" in 2019, here is an article about it. Although it is slightly incorrect, there was research about defensive uses of firearms under Obama. But the results were pretty much buried because they didn't fit the narrative.
