On progressive presses, one for small primers and one for large. Have over 20 calibers we reload. Plus another 650, and SL 900 in 12 and 20. Then the MEC's for 10, 16, and .410.

I started on a single stage. The first winter doing pistol ammo, I did 1 or 2k 9mm and 38spl. It was a lot going through each step! I later bought a LCT. I now can do about 350 rounds per hour on any of my pistol loads. The worst thing for me is 556. I size and deprime on my Rock Chucker. Then I swage and trim. I prime with a hand primer. I then do the rest on the LCT.
This weekend I just finished 900 rds of 556, with another 150 to go. Then I have 44mag for my hunting rifle, 225 FTX with LilGun. I will also be doing teaching my buddy to load 243 100gr Hornady Interlocks with H4895. Then I can finally get back to 300BO that has been on my to do list for a while.

    Scrounging brass
Dropped the Loadmaster indexing rod on the floor, and it hit just right - snapped off one of the plastic wings on the end. Now I have to wait until a new one arrives before I can again "waste time reloading 9 mm." Might be time to load more .308 deer rounds on the turret press.
So I got the replacement part, and it didn't quite work. Looked the same, but was slightly shorter than the original. Ended up turning the plastic end out 1 full turn to have it be the same length.
And the press head on top of the rammer was skewed a little. I had to snap it back clockwise to get everything to match up properly. Might just be wearing out, so if you have a Loadmaster, be aware that this can be a problem.

My Frankford Arsenal case trim and prep center arrived yesterday. Time to prep all my rifle brass.
Should save me a ton of time in the case trimming department

I was able to crank out some 300BO tonight to finish my to do list. I'm now ready to start teaching my friend how to load for his 243. Hopefully then I will have more brass to sort and clean. If not I'll come up with a new list of reloading to do. Unfortunately that list will include processing 223 and 300BO.

    9mm luger, .45 ACP, Sierra 69rg hbpt .224

Waiting for my Redding .223 & 9mm dies to arrive any day now.
Started decapping .45 brass. Just ordered a Frankford tumbler and ss pins, arrive later this week.

Once I get some brass cleaned I'll get to work on as much 9mm as I can before spring.
Dying to try out the new RCBS single stage press.

Are you at all nervous decapping live primers?
