    57 grains IMR4831 powder
    165 grain Barnes TTSX bullet

ProChrono Digital shows muzzle velocity for this out of my Ruger M77 as averaging 2780 fps, and five of these projectiles plop inside right at one inch at 100 yards.
These will be riding in the magazine of the Ruger come Friday morning. ;)

Since my stuff is in the garage I've switched to 38Spl. I've had no issues with loading down to 30 degrees. I'm using 158gr FP extremes over 3.6gr of titegroup loaded to 1.425in.

.300 win mag brass processing on the single stage. Someone decided to go blow 100 rounds of it just before the election...
45 ACP on the progrerssive. I was getting my stockpile replenished

Nothing wrong with a single stage press! I haven't gone to the dark side and gotten a progressive. I load pretty much everything for match grade. I have thought about it for pistol rounds like you are doing. Maybe someday.

    -----------------------------------------------------

Tonight I loaded some of the 308 brass I prepped the other day. One box done and I am just about 2/3 the way threw the last box of 20. They will be loaded with AA2460 :

Next will be some more 44mag loads, then some 300wm, then 30-06. I have enough to keep me busy for a bit. And J has been asking when we are going to do some 38spl's, We will do that next week.

I am having a good time. So is my son. He likes prepping brass and seating primers. He even likes seating and crimping. He hates doing powder.

    Keep having fun everyone!

    .300blk. Did the first 10 rounds last night. 220gr Lapua Secnar-L (4HL/PL7062), 11gr of H4198.

This is my first time loading the .300. So, it took a while to get the dies setup. It's really nice having the Hornady Lock 'n' Load quick change setup. My only complaint with this load is that my RCBS Uniflow doesn't like this powder and it's hard to cycle it.

I've got 40 S&W set up on the RL550, .223 Set up on the old single stage RCBS Rock Chucker, and 12GA set up on the MEC Grabber. And there they sit, waiting for me to get off the computer.

This is what I loaded most recently, specifically for deer hunting.
The fired case outside of the ammo box in the front is the one I used to take a five point buck this morning at 9:50.

    Near the big river.
Was behind the curve on loading the 308 for deer season. Had lots of FMJ on hand for the M1, M1A and Ruger scout.

Loaded some 150 Grain round nose had for my 30/30. Matched the 30/30 velocity.

Killed a decent doe this morning.
