Where do I go to find out when my site supporter status expires? With the forum upgade, the old sticky thread doesn't seem to have the appropriate information anymore.

click on it

Then click on Account Upgrades.

Go down to Purchased Upgrades

I looked, mine expires: Feb 5, 2022
They do a good job notifying you ahead of time.

If your email is up to date, you'll get a reminder about 30 days prior to it expiring.

I don't see a Purchased Upgrades option. Maybe it's my browser?

1st set of paragraphs are "available upgrades"

Then, further down, the next set of paragraphs should say "purchased upgrades"

Yes, I see Account Upgrades. When I click on that it just brings up all the supporter upgrade options. There is nothing showing my status. I feel like this has to be something obvious that I'm missing, but I don't see it. I can't remember for sure but I was thinking my status was up in November. I've double checked through emails (even spam folder) and don't have a renewal email.

In the Account Upgrades, did you scroll down to Purchased Upgrades? Also, is the box selected in your settings to receive emails?

You may have to scroll down. Screenshots above are with Firefox on Win10.

If you site supporter status has expired you may not see "purchased upgrades".

Yes, I have emails turned on and I don't show a purchased upgrades anywhere. I just stumbled across this thread and I think I'm just going to renew again. It sounds like it doesn't show your upgrade when it is close to time to renew. Others stated not getting an e-mail also. Maybe the forum still has some bugs to work out.

Seems to be a glitch from the software update. I'll pass this on to the boss.

Interestingly, this thread made me check and I had forgotten to renew in August. However, I still had the site supporter banner under my name. Renewed anyway.

Boss found the glitch. A good number of members showing the banner with the actual status expired. He's in the process of fixing this.
