    .
Personally I like the bushing models, particularly the ones with the early milling and arrow outline on the take down mark. Somehow the slightly longer gun looks better.

Finally got the barrel bushing ground in over the weekend. I haven't fitted it quite yet, hopefully do that later tonight.

I hope that Mr. Browning would approve. Some purist may not, can't say I blame them. I'm a bit of a purist myself when if comes to older firearms, but sometimes you have to make due with what you have.

    I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for a 1903 in .32!

During WW1 my grandfather jumped into a trench with two German’s they knocked his rifle away and started to bayonet him. He pulled his personal 1903 and dispatched them. He also carried it in the 1916 Pancho Villa expedition in a custom cross draw holster he stated it was much quicker to draw than the standard holster when on horseback.

And some people think the .32 is worthless.

Tickled pink right now. Went to put the barrel bushing in and it went right in! Little snug but rather wear in than wear out.

Couldn't help myself from venturing to the shop late last night to hone the barrel bushing out for the barrel. Everything is fitted just need to finish up the recoil spring plug.

Nice work! I love the 1903, what a fun gun to shoot. Had a
plated one years ago. Miss it.

Man that thing is sweet, looks like a very early one with the 5 digit. I picked one up made in 1913, their fun little guns. Glad to see you bring this back to life
