Be several days before we really find out how it went, and days more to know the truth. If the Southern offensive succeeds it will be a crushing blow against Russia. Ukraine hoping Russian soldiers will turn and run, so far they haven’t.
Does Russia have the capability to pull off a feigned retreat?
That takes a highly disciplined arny to pull that off. I doubt they have that kind of discipline.

We are getting closer to the excrement making physical contact with the hydro-electric powered, oscillating, air current distribution device.

With any luck Vlad has the same high caliber folks maintaining his tactical nukes as he did his WRM tanks and APCs. No mushroom cloud...

This photo has been circulating. My guess is a recon in force that went poorly for the Ukrainians. I am guessing some anti-tank mines followed by an ambush. Western equipment is generally better than Russian but nothing is indestructible.

    My observations:

The vehicles do not appear to be burnt out.
    Lots of thrown tracks.
No bodies that I can see.

Suppress, obscure, secure, reduce, and assault (SOSRA) are the breaching fundamentals that must be applied to ensure success when breaching against a defending enemy.

They were attempting a breach with a engineering tank. A difficult task.

All minefields are assumed to be covered in direct and indirect fires.

Bradley's do not have tank level armor slightly harder to take out than a BMP.
