Revere's Riders has a Pistol 145 (Intro to Defensive Pistol) course coming up on 9/25/2021 at Lost Creek Conservation Club near Terre Haute, IN.
The class is intermediate level and participants are expected to know the rules of gun safety, the manual of arms for their pistol, and to be able to maintain approximately 6" accuracy from 7 yards. The focus of the class will be on the mechanics of drawing from the holster, lateral movement, malfunction reduction, and other topics relevant to concealed carry and self-protection. Each individual drill will build on previous drills and will culminate in the "Henk Drill" which pulls together drawing from the holster, lateral movement, and malfunction reduction in a single drill.
John Viray (obijohn here on INGO) will be the chief instructor. John is a past USPSA 3-Gun National Champion (1998), a US Army veteran, and longtime firearms instructor in central Indiana. Any of his classes are well worth your time and money.
