Twitter has reportedly locked Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) out of his account after he commented that the “title of first female four-star officer gets taken by a man” in reaction to transgender assistant secretary of health for the HHS Rachel Levine being sworn in as a four-star admiral.

    Care to elaborate?

    It is a private company.

If you own a company, should your company be forced to accept messages promoting messages with which you disagree?

For example, if you own a "conservative" website, should you be forced to post messages praising obiden?

How about messages promoting the murder of unborn children?

They use section 230 to say they are not responsible for content but at the same time they editorialize their platform by censoring certain views. You can’t have your cake and eat it too.

At very least they should not be allowed to censor elected officials.

So, is it a private company, and perfectly entitled to espouse whatever views it deems fit? Or is it a public forum, and therefore forbidden to censor views it disagrees with?

Boys and Girls, you won't find out for sure until it starts censoring liberals that it thinks aren't sticking to the official playbook closely enough.

Fix what? Do you not believe in the First Amendment? Twitter doesn't have to host any speech they don't want to.

Just fnn stop with this BS. You have been told so many times that they are getting special treatment from 230 and the law reads they must allow discourse. Our political system will not enforce our laws.
