Made a few changes and upgrades to my bench this week. Added more shelves and tool storage.

Wanted to get tumblers off the bench to give me more room, also needed place to store media/case separators so I built this cabinet. Put it on castors so I can roll it out of the way when I need to.

    Nice setup

I’ve really enjoyed pursuing this thread and seeing everyone’s setups. Pretty impressive. I’ve had a chance to catch up on some upgrades to my bench, most notably additional lighting and finally repurposing our old kitchen cabinets. I’ve been in operating rooms with worse lighting.

    I finally completed the bench(s). An 8' and a 4' bench.
I need to mount my presses and I'm trying to avoid buying another bulky tool (drill guide).
I need to drill through 5.25" of table to mount my presses and don't want to bugger up the alignment.
Any suggestions on getting a 1/4" hole 5.25" deep and straight for carriage bolts?

That's a nice looking bench setup. I really like the smaller shelves up higher. For drilling that long I'd just get a longer bit or an extension and make sure your cordless drill is plumb and level. With some longer bolts, I think you'll be fine.

    old and new

My old Reloading Corner before I went overseas and left my wife alone with it for an extended period of time... It was functional but left a bit to be desired in the storage department

We have since moved but while I was gone she and her dad built me a new workbench!

We get a little older, we move a few times, we spend a little bit of money...makes quite a difference
