I'm not a site supporter and need to look into what is involved with that. I would like to borrow 223 and 35 Remington dies for a few weeks and offer the use of the following, in return:

    44/40 Winchester
    30 Carbine
    30 Herrett
    6.5JDJ
    7-30 Waters
    7.7x58 Arisaka
    7.62x54R
    358GNR
    338MX

I have quite a few other sets of dies, but they are the more typical stuff, like 270, 308, 9mm, etc. If anyone would like to exchange 223 or 35 Remington with one of the sets I have, please send me a PM.

    Jason

P.S. I'm in Mooresville, just south of Indy.
Just pay $15.00 you can pay with Pay Pal if you wish... or at the 1500 ...

I see that some members were looking for 35 Rem dies. I have a set of Lee's I think. Anyhow if your still looking let me know and I'll be happy to drop them in the mail to you. You can just send them back when your finished.

I would like to borrow a 358 Winchester trim die, or whatever trim die might work to shorten 358 Win cases by about 0.2".

I have 358 Hoosier dies, and some pretty common dies to loan in exchange - 30/06, 308, 38, 44 Mag, 45/70, 30/30, if there's any interest. Thanks.

Hello Yeah. That is an impressive collection of dies. I thought I was the only one around with 'die sickness'. I'll swap dies with you anytime. No Lee, mostly Redding and RCBS. Have a few other Ackley calibers and some larger 50-20mm. How long have you been reloading?

    UncleNorby,
I just recently move to Indiana, from Wisconsin. I just seen the sight so might not be able to help, I have order and pick up my 358 Hoosier this weekend.
I did trim my 358 Win brass down this week and can help you out if you still need it done.
I trimmed mine to 1.79 per AJ browns recommendation.

I would like to talk about if there is something we can work out about using your 358 Hoosier die, Hornady gave me the 16 week lead time.:(

Love the thought of exchanging dies, if some needs something let me know coming from Wisconsin I have around 30 different calibers

Kind of along the same lines

    Hey Andrew,

Have you considered renting time on the presses you have at the shop? I'm not sure if that's even feasible, but it seems like it could be a win-win offering.

With the crazy shortages for all things firearm related, including presses themselves, that would allow those who either can't afford a full setup, or who just can't get the equipment due to the shortages a opportunity to do some reloading, and, I would think, would help raise the visibility of the shop in the process.

It was just something I thought I'd float out there.

    Regards,

    - Marshall

I saw they have the same "system" set up by members on here for gunsmithing tools. Maybe it was a flop too. 7mm mag dies would not be bad to buy but the 450 Bushmaster would set me back a few bucks. I could buy about 60-70 rounds of factory ammo for the cost of dies and it's strictly a hunting rifle, I don't plink with it so I don't put large volumes of ammo through it.
