I need to have some warranty work done on my Chrysler Mini Van. A friend reported a similar repair by a local dealer who didn't put things back together properly.
Please recommend a dealership with a reliable and conscientious service department.
    Thanks,
    Doug

We have a couple in Fort Wayne and I would not have them work on ****.

We take the wifes Ram to Hiday in Bluffton. Small dealer in a small town but have always had great service. I can not recommend enough.

I've only had one warranty issue, and a simple one (coil pack went bad) but O'Brien CJDR took care of it. I have a bit more exposure to them as they also did warranty work on my issued Charger, as our fleet services only takes care of them once they are out of OEM warranty. Unfortunately, the guy I used to work with no longer works there so my information may be dated.

We use O'Brien in Greenwood for our Mopar parts at our shop. Taken a couple things in for "dealer only" service and have been pleased.:twocents:
