    Yep.
I just got an email from Noreen Arms.
They are introducing a bolt action, single shot .50BMG pistol.
    www.onlylongrange.com

Who wants to be the first?
    Only $1500 M.S.R.P.

It's not like I'm averse to recoil.
I own, and SHOOT, a .454 Casull with an 8-3/8" ported barrel.
I also have a "Super 14" .45-70gvt barrel for my Contender.

I think ill pass on the .50 B.M.G.

I’ve played with big bore handguns but I have no interest in pulling the trigger on that…. OUCH!!! Although a rifle in 408 cheytac would be interesting.

I still like it, but the barrel is only 13" shorter than my single-shot BMG .... which doesn't shave much from the action, and it only weighs about 4 lbs. less.
    Heck, I'm disappointed .... I sincerely wanted a travel size Fiddy !

When making purchasing decisions, I place the fun factor almost as high as usefulness. You only go around once, amigos !

Oh, I want one. I just don't have access to a range where it's within the bounds of sanity to shoot a 50BMG.
I can stretch my range to about 120 yds. I've never shot a a 50BMG but I think I need a lot more than that.

“Need” I don’t think so I mean really you “need” a bigger range for 80-90% of rifle calibers most are much more capable than 120 yds so just get one :lmfao:

I'm sorry to say this webpage isn't healthy for me. There are 'enablers' loose who encourage my firearms habits.
Now I need a range extension AND a .50 BMG pistol to go with it.

If I recall correctly, in the late 90s a bolt action, 50 bmg pistol was built, and the guys 13 year old daughter did the demonstration shooting. I'll have to check the old FCSA Very high power magazines for the article.
