Did you guys know that a top way of predicting wins (not spreads) is simply looking at the number of 5 star recruits on the teams? Remarkably accurate.

Georgia has 16, Ohio State 14, Michigan 2, TCU has 0, as best I can see.

I used to go to a site that had all the major teams listed with the number of five and four star recruits each had.
That is kinda the problem with Ohio State. Coaching a National Championship College Team, and babysitting a bunch of NFL draft picks for a couple years until they can sign a contract, are different things.

Ryan Day is damn, and I mean DAYUM, lucky SoCal turned out how they did. The possibility of the above dumpster-fire happening is the only reason he still has a job.

Heard it was all done but the announcement Monday. It was expected he would go home eventually. Sorry for the kids at Purdue.
Yeah, he's a good coach and UofL could use that. Their football program has been **** since Jackson graduated. I mean, it was **** before and during, but Jackson was so good even Jeff Saturday could win with him.

Buddy in Louisville, "Nobody and I mean nobody liked Satterifeld. UL needed a coach with name recognition, fan approval, and ticket sales. I had heard attendance this year per game was <5 k. I don't know what Cincy is thinking, but UL should thank them."

I have to say, when I first moved to this area the Louisville fans were obnoxious. That was in the Bobby Patrino years. Then he left and they were deflated. Of course in the Jackson years they got obnoxious again. Then after…deflated. I’d like to see them do better, but the fans start getting obnoxious whenever they have the slightest ray of hope. :):

No, seriously I hope their program gets back on track. It’s been a team of mediocre talent since Jackson left for the draft. I’d go to more games if their stadium wasn’t located in a ********. At least tickets are cheap.
