Am I reading this right? This is for just 1000 primers?

    Was there a limit?
The usual 1 brick per customer, bring a friend. (But I'd venture to say that half the people behind the register have no idea what a primer is) Last time I saw them there was about the same time last year, albeit for a "better" price of $65 a brick. I think the days of 3 cent primers are long gone, but I hope I'm wrong

Atterbury Shooting Complex just got about 15k of Large rifle and large pistol primers on consignment. Prices look to be around $80.00-$85.00 per thousand. Also, about 70 one-pound containers of various powders for around $35.00-$40.00

I'm so happy I still have a nice selection from the old days. But when the chance comes I'll need to restock after my winter reloading sessions

I picked up 200 No 41 rifle primers at Sportsman's Warehouse in Greenwood today. 200 limit and only 200 left after I got mine. They were about $7 per 100. I hope it's a trend.
Picked up 200 more today. 200 left on the counter. I'm wondering if they just keep 400 on the counter at a time.

Just returned from Brian's Surplus with 2K Federal Gold Medal Match SPP. Still a bit too pricey being mach grade, wish they had standard ones as they would be less expensive. Brought @Born2vette with me to get the extra 1K.

Also grabbed some .224 69 & 77gr hpbt Nosler projectiles, the Sierra Matchkings were too expensive for this trip.

Still need more LPP since half my .45acp brass is LPP.

Powder seems to now be widely available although I have no idea who's buying it since without the primers it's useless.

Finally have enough components to load a bunch of .223, .45, and 9mm this winter. Now I just need a big snowstorm to keep me inside loading.

An update on Argentine primers from Norma Shooting.
I've shot 30 so far. I'm working on a 124gr HP load. One out of 30 had a hard primer. I put it back into the chamber and it fired.
So far I'm happy with them. Again it's only 30 out of 1000. I'll keep updating as I go.

Wow, there are actually federal primers in the wild! I hope we see more.

    Here you go.
I picked these up several years ago when a friend passed.
I got about 1k of these, and some even older looking.
I'm using them in my in-line muzzleloader now.
Haven't had the first failure and I've been through almost 100 of these.
    Check out the label closely.
Don't know if they were made in Indiana or just distributed from here.
Anyone care to guess a date?
    I have no clue.
