At the very least it shows the rest of the world that we can't be dismissed as anti-environment (Paris Accords), frivolous spending (wall), bigots (Muslim Ban)

The "frivolous" spending on the wall, I'm curious about. If we had a complete wall with modern electronic surveillance enhancements, etc... , do you not think it would be effective? Or do you think the influx of illegals is not a problem? Or is there some other objection you have to it?

Judging from past posts, I think he doesn't think it's a problem.

Your wall would have to be high enough to stop planes from flying into the country, and it would need to go around the entire country.

Most illegal aliens entered the country legally.

A wall also doesn't stop drugs since most of the illegal drugs come by sea.

The guy has been a worthless leach for 47 years in Washington... can you name any accomplishments outside of “evil gun” bans?
He got some of the fence built along the boarder and passed the crime bill that made things way worse for the black community all while spouting some racist remarks...... Are....are those accomplishments?

No, not really. It seems like it's simply troubling to Trumpers because Biden is essentially tearing down the things Trump tried to build up. But you are entitled to your opinion, and it's obvious why you have that opinion. To other, we see it as beneficial, and hope that there's more to come.
"Hope there's more to come" like an AWB? Reducing stockpiling?

If walls don't work, why did democrats draft legislation to install a bigger wall around the capitol?

It's evident enough that many illegals enter the country illegally across the border. However I've always been skeptical of the value of building a wall.

It reduces manpower necessary to maintain a border, so that you can free up resources to pursue those exploiting other measures.

Like installing a patch on a submarine. It isn't to fix the whole problem, it's to survive so you can fix the bigger problems.

You replied to a post that exemplifies the reason for this thread.
You mean to troll? Because even “if” it wasn’t a troll post to start with the fiollowing posts indicate the true intention. But I’m not as good at playing the victim card when I intentionally rile people up.

I've heard the pitches. My question is, is the bang worth the buck? I've seen people's back-of-napkin calculations. I'm skeptical of the actual numbers coming across. That wall is pretty ****ing expensive.

Wait what? You don't get to define "ho." I'm sorry if you thought otherwise. My personal definition of a "ho", is a promiscuous person, a slut, whore. You'll find plenty of people, that agree. Trump's actions validate that definition.
Of course, fondness for and feeling up pre-pubescent children seems to get a pass, but not surprised.

We already had a "ho" POTUS... ya know the last guy. Unless one thinks that knocking of pornstars and playmates while your wife is pregnant ain't ho-ish? Is that what you are telling me Jamil? :dunno:
Wait a minute. First he wasn't even in politics when that happened and not even on the political radar for years to come. And unlike KH never used it to gain influence. What a private citizen does or doesn't do in the privacy of their home is their business, not mine or ours.

What's the cost of the additional drain on public services for the illegals coming in across the border? Just venturing a guess that it's more than the cost of the wall.

We wish everyone good health and wife decision. Day one, he destroyed 11,000 jobs with an effective order. DAY 1. He'll sign what's put in front of him. Most of what they'll put in front of him is to completely undo what Trump did, not for the good of the people, but to spite trump and every Trump voter. That's the difference. Trump undid Obama's insanity, which helped Americans like no other president in our lifetime. Now biden looks like he'll undo it all and then pile on. Day 1 he destroys lives and ticks off Canada. This will be the worst 4 years the country has seen I think. They hate Trump and trump's voters so much I think they'll pass the things that hurt the right the most. The most unconstitutional things we've ever seen like ban guns, ban speech they don't like, pack the courts(which they would never even answer, how disgusting), and once the happens, bye bye usa. I'd argue with the election fraud its already over, we just haven't hit the bottom of after jumping off the cliff. I really hope I'm wrong, I really do. But day 1 shows they aren't gonna waste time in hurting Americans.

I've often said that if illegals primarily voted Republican Democrats would drop immigration from their platform like a used rubber.
Your are probably right on this unfortunately.

Only legal, current citizens of this country have a right to vote and that's how it should be, otherwise why even have a country or borders at all? If people around the world can just vote in our elections too, what's the point?

There are 195 countries and borders in the world for a reason and it's partially due to human nature.
