I use them pretty regularly. When they were shutdown due to the fire I tried the outfit in Whiteland and was very impressed with their ability to powdercoat mud. Yes I said mud, they did a lousy job prepping the parts and I swear it was almost transparent they put it on so thin.
Guessing it was Mayes. On my first project I called them as well as powder pro, they never got back with me. Use Roan and powder pro now.

I would be sure and tell the vendor the parts are going on your truck. Lots of types of powder coat, some of which have excellent impact and corrosion resistance, but get cloudy after exposure to sunlight.

They know. I dropped them off in the same truck and they asked if that's what they were going on. Really, though, not sure what else rock rails could go on other than a vehicle.

I've dealt with a lot of powder coaters over the years and many, like me, wouldn't have any idea what rock rails were. Just another metal part. It's a good sign that they asked you what the parts were for.

A little late now, but I used Pro Kote Indy for my little motorcycle. It's a metalic finish and really pops in the sun.

Powder Pro was awesome. Came in under estimate and ready earlier than quoted by a few days. I don't really have anything to compare it to quality wise, but it looks really good to my untrained eye. No runs or disturbances in the finish, nice gloss, etc.

I've got the passenger side one on, I'll post a pic up in a bit.
