Oh yeah, I remember her. But the point of the post above is they either “forgot“ Thomas or (it could have been) mistakingly left out the word woman in their tweet. They said “first black Supreme Court justice in US history”. Could be their google doesn’t go back long enough to pull up Marshall.

First female black supreme court justice? I recall she did not know what a female was. So how can she identify as female? hmmmm

Since GMA corrected their statement, does that mean they've inadvertently confirmed Justice Thomas as officially "black"?

Could they please forward that info to Sharpton, Waters, Lemone, that hump that thinks she's Governor of Georgia, and all the others who promote the theory that there are varying degrees of blackness, judged as they see fit.
