I hope the good officers both have dash and body cam footage.
Can you imagine driving by and moving over and next thing your being shot at.
I hope theres video footage.

Fearing for his life, shoots at him leaving...hmm. And only 1 round accounted for, wonder where the others went. Glad no one was hit, probably thanks to it being 2:30am, fairly busy area at times.

Maybe the officer on foot was on the opposite shoulder and flipped out when the driver steered towards him to go around the cruiser? Freaking weird. Either way pretty sure its not procedure to shoot at the car continuing down the road even if it did hit you.

I'm originally from Highland. Have friends and family that live in Hammond. I'm pretty familiar with McDermott's antics. He is something else for sure.
