    I’m not a rivers fan, and don’t see the point in taking a QB that is only going to play a few more years and then leave us in the same situation we’ve been in. I’d rather draft a fresh QB and let them grow with the team. But, maybe he will prove me wrong. He’s competitive, he’s just no outstanding QB. Maybe the colts and him will make a good match, time will tell.

    Brady to the bucs tho? Wow.

    I'm confident the management knows more about football than I do so while I may not understand every decision they make, I find it difficult to believe they're making decisions in the hopes of remaining mediocre. If I had to guess, Ballard sees something in Rivers which just might allow for moving the team in a certain direction while providing wins and filling the position until they can draft the right QB. There's also a chance Rivers could help to mentor Brissett and move him in the right direction to take over down the road.
