People with -1 for a private sale

There are a lot of people on here that receive a -1 on a private sale on here that don't even bother to reply to the -1. There should be a time limit given for them to reply. If they don't they should be put on a list for all to see. Too many times they just blow it off!

Rank by views. It pulls up the -1 fast...not all but that's one way to expedite searching
