It was a big time and effort investment, but the gym has helped me quite a bit on the functional aspects of daily life.

Kitty is really wound up today. After she got down from the Bradford pear, she went flying over to our big maple tree and was looking up in it. Then she saw me stand up and came at a dead sprint back up to the deck.
