... or have you loaded 38gr for 223R?

The bullets my friend gave me are for loading 223 Remington and such. Barnes offers a 30gr Varmint Grenade as well, but even lower BC.
I had never even heard of these!

Winchester 42 gr subsonic hp at one time we're the best squirrel whackage round I could find.
