I have been to Zimmy's over the years. It was the first time I was in a bar outside of Indiana and was absolutely thrown off kilter when there were little teeny kids crawling around on the floor by the bar stools. Of course it is a lot fancier place now than it was back then.

I think I'm having delayed after-effects from working on the mower Thursday. My thighs are sore, probably from crawling around on my knees wrestling the mower deck off and back on.

I'll soon have to switch the 6' snow blade to the 6' brush hog on the MIL's tractor. It only takes about 10 minutes max.

I would leave it as it. The contrast is nice, and shows there are separate pieces.
I think I can see where you had the issue with snapping the threads off. That's a deep cut.

That is only sanded and polished. I think the magic juice is actually a finer grit then the blue buffing compound
