    Ok, I'm going to say those are probably rolled, rather than cut. If they're cut, I wouldn't do it for $20 a pop. That would be very labor intensive, with the stepped diameter and increasing pitch.

    They are constant diameter and pitch, but yes I'm sure not trivial to fabricate individually.

    I based off the link. If it's constant dia and pitch, that would increase the chances of success.
    But it says BSW has a radiused thread, so that's what makes me think they're rolled.
