I think I'm going to make stuffed pork chops Sunday. Haven't made them in years. Thick cut boneless chops stuffed with a mixture of sautee'd onions, garlic, rye bread cubes and swiss cheese and baked. I froze the leftover rye bread from the last time I made Reubens so might as well use it up.

No, I just returned a spam call (after blocking it on my cell). I get at least 3 calls a day. Usually I just block them and let it go at that, but I was feeling feisty tonight.
