    My turkey got done already. I wasn't expecting it to be ready for at least another 2 hours or more. Had to go ahead and carve it and put it in a pan with the basting sauce and keeping it warm in the oven. At least I won't have that mess later when people are here.

    I need to find some good bread for turkey sammiches. There used to be a place called Great Harvest or something like that and they had an onion dill rye bread that was just killer.
