Right now after the first one the rest are online. It's pretty dumb, IMO, that you have to be USPSA certified before you can be certified/endorsed for Steel Challenge.

When I went the two days were class first day and the second day was range time where the instructor watched you RO a shooter before you were approved. You also worked on scoring USPSA targets.

I had the instructor that is teaching this seminar and he was good.

I'm with you. This could be set up in modules with mini quizzes and what not

I suggested that for CRO class and was told not possible for stage set up and evaluation.

But I'm about done with all of it. My membership expires in December and I likely won't renew.

Well, they will have to adapt when the number or RO/CRO dwindles and the upcoming participants won't be able to attend these classes because of such restrictions. Times have changed.

The stage set up can be done during a local match where the upcoming CRO/RO can help build a stage with the assistance of current RO/CRO and the evaluation can be done virtually by recording the stage.

I'm not even sure it has to be that elaborate
