Kicked it on yesterday but that was just a function check. When we get those first few chilly nights, I like to make sure everything working as it should before the real cold sets in. Do the same late spring with the AC
    Hum...4 once u have a good idea.
Maybe jedi might do that. Grantee jedi replaced the furnance this year in JAN so jedi suspects all is good.

Jedi does a 6 month water value test which is coming up. Basically turn the main indoor water value off to ensure it still works, not corroded, etc. And then turn back on.

Plus time to winterize the outside water faucets as well.

In the spring it's turn those back on and clean the dry vent hole as well.

Plus give the AC fins a cleaning with the foam soap.

    just turned my heat on.
    F it.

It was 63 or so in the house, and I was chilly.

I spent long enough in hell, I'm gonna be comfortable when I'm home.
72.1° up in here. I prefer 69° or lower for sleeping, so I may kick on the ceiling fan.

Still haven't turned the heat on in the house. Enjoying my knowing NIPSCO is not deep in my pocket.
Now, after the kid's cross country practice, the heat in the truck was appreciated as was the hot shower.

Turned the heat on Sunday afternoon, but only on 67°. Down to 64 during the day, then 67 at night. Hasn't run much , just takes the edge off.
