Rolled my ankle on the first competitive rifle drill today. 5 shots then running at 125, 100, 75, 50, then reverse against a buddy who is known to be fast and accurate. Won on time and hits on steel. Sucked it up the remainder of the day.
Got home from class and was served tater tot casserole. Hit the spot.

My brother has one of those Ooni pizza ovens that runs off a gas grill tank. They make everything from scratch and then the 900F oven bakes it in about one minute. Kinda pricey for the oven but man it makes a good pizza.

Pretty sure it is BOTH, along with several other common dishes.

My family goes to Chinatown frequently, many of the dishes on the menus at local restaurants are difficult to find in Chinatown. You don't see the Chinese people eating the stuff we get at No 1 Chinese in Lowell or Uncle Chen's in Crown Point.

Traffic was not bad this am.

Traffic lights were out at 30 & 41 this morning.

I had to go to Crown Point and Merrillville first thing this morning, from Cedar Lake. Wife calls me between my stops and says traffic lights all out at 30 & 41, traffic backing up in all directions.

I came back to Schererville on 93rd, so don't know if lights are fixed yet.
