Staying home is exciting here. 1st weekend in a while I'm not running here, there, and everywhere. I get to sleep in. I don't have to go anywhere. It's pretty sweet.

I made an extra run after work so I had no errands to do. I may knock out small things that just keep adding up...or not. Maybe I'll recharge all my rechargable desiccants in the ammo cans tomorrow (I usually reserve that for uber cold days since I have to fire up the stove). A fresh ammo case is arriving soon, so organization is on the docket.

I just got home from a quick return double that started at 8am so I'm going to bed because I'm meeting my dad for breakfast at 9 in the morning.

Good morning. Couldn't sleep much past 5am either. Heading out to Meijer for groceries then gotta run down to Cedar Lake to pick up a vanity sink top for my wife's bathroom project.

Refilled the bird feeders and broomed off the driveway.
That's enough outside work for today. Surprisingly, the cold made it right through my jacket with minimal wind.

Found some surplus Hi-Power magazines I forgot I ordered at the old house. I think I may wrap them back up and throw them in the magazine drawer. I already have 4 extra Mec-Gar magazines.

Not to forget I still have to de-cosmoline my K98 bayonet, but that is better suited for a warm summer day.
