We turned our pool into a nice brick patio with a gas fire pit.

Years ago, I knew a guy in Ohio who had a in-ground pool that was filled with dirt and planted with grass. They left the concrete apron around it in place and it all just looked kinda unusual.

My wife's brother used to live in Ogden Dunes. They had a house with a pool and did something similar. Filled it in with dirt, then put stone on top to match the existing apron.

Now that I think about it more, they may have used stone on the one that I just spoke of. It's been 35 years since I was there.

That intersection is a CF.

Spot Jupiter and Saturn in the pre-dawn sky! The two bright points of light in the southeast sky. Jupiter is much brighter and lower in the sky and should be very easy to spot. To find Saturn, extend your right arm and spread your thumb and index finger. If your thumb covers Jupiter, your index finger will be close to Saturn-not as bright and distinctly more yellow than Jupiter.
