Unfortunately Fake News is still working their agenda and not reporting the amount of allergic reactions that the Doctors are seeing to the Vaccines... They are also not reporting the real numbers of Covid versus the flu as if we were to believe the current numbers we have all but ended the flu this last year. Personally I don't care and I don't find it something that I should have a part in anyone's decision to get or not get vaxxed and the same with the mask. As I'm pretty sure most masks being used don't do anything except for those people that are natural spitters... Be American and do what you find responsible in your own mind.. My parents were both forced to get vaxxed if they wanted to get medical procedures they required, I felt that was unfortunate for both my parents and those that forced that decision on them. Anyways, this virus killed the amount of people it did because of bad strategic planning in Blue States, where the highest death rates are reported from... again if we can believe the numbers being reported because the flu numbers are almost unheard of this year. Anyways that is my soap box on covid... Now as to this weather... the migraine is back...

Yeah there's like 4-6 of them in the break room room by the bathroom.

I went with a sub sandwich from Stracks.
Hardest part was being awake all day.

I don't mind safety blitz all that much. The videos and slides are boring but I feel like it's only 2 hours of actual content and the other 6 just BSing with your fellow steelworkers.

I just figured out why I am not as cranky.

I am actually getting to see people and interact with them.

Sitting in a recliner for two years will make you cranky.

Well, let me know when you have your 29th or so class.

When I started, there were classes of about an hour or so.
A different class for each subject. Different areas had different classes to take.
Then, someone determined that was too much work, for the bosses.
So, they combined all the subjects into one, and made it once a year.

So I was doing this since 1991.
Knew the instructors.
Knew the material better than some.

I know it's important, after all, 513 fatalities.
So I listen for anything that has changed.

But it still bores the poop out of me.

I'll be in an 8 hour long "safety blitz", which is a once a year class everyone has to take.
And I won't be in my shop where my dishes are, utensils, refrigerator, microwave, and such.

I think they have a microwave at the class.
I need to get something.
Guess the pants must go back on.
