If blacks comprise ~12% of the population, then it seems like the number of blacks killed would be about 12% of non-blacks would it not? That doesn't seem to be the case by your own chart.

I think I may have misinterpreted. I thought it was for people killed by police, but I think it works either way.

If you want this crap to stop, end licensing for civil rights.

The police brass at IMPD and ISP are upset that their alibis for unreasonable PAS are gone.

We need to make them pay politically for being so openly authoritarian.

1. End qualified immunity.
2. Take civil judgments from police retirement funds, not taxpayers.
3. End the death porn a la Grossmanesque training that young officers receive.
4. End licensing for civil rights.

Restore trust to the police. Do all 4 immediately.

That #2 would put a boot up their butts. Might want to look into pros. atty. retirement pay also. That’s if you can even sue them in civil, they may be protected, but you would know. May be time to look at those laws.

Trouble is finding someone to sponsor the bill, all of our state congress critters are a bunch of chicken *****. also.
