    I read the older "notes" posts also. In part 2 he mentioned "covering up the rear sight and just watching the front sight." I'm having trouble visualizing how you would see the front sight if the rear sight was covered. :dunno:

    Like point shooting with a shotgun and looking OVER the rear sight. Ayoob wrote about this method in "Stress Fire". The idea is to save time (at close range) by cutting corners on sight alignment. Jim Cirrillo advocated a "silhouette" technique for the same reason
