You would need Insulation to separate the Wire from the Grounded Posts -
Some of the Wire looks like it Touches the Grass - which requires a Weed-Burner to prevent constant shorts

The posts are fiberglass non conductive……….. I will send you guys the link so we can stop this portion of the conversation lol it is definitely electric fencing.

Actually turned into jacket weather last night at the club dinner hosted outside(MCRC). Heard people complaining but couldn't see anyone's breath so I'm not sure why. It was marvelous.
