Our governments have been telling people what they can put in their bodies for close to a century. I'm not surprised and you shouldn't be either. There is no difference between this and forbidding people to drink alcohol or smoke tobacco/marijuana in their own home.

This is the story that just won't stop. It keeps getting better and better. The idiot judge in this case has resigned and gone to work for Monsanto, who have a stake in making your food choices illegal. Hopefully, a higher court will look at this, take it into consideration and throw this fools decision out.
