I used Jon Spurr of Spurr law offices in Terra Haute. Easy experience and reasonable at I think 300

I used him for an NFA trust not long ago and was helpful and friendly, plus no issues with the trust (most important thing). Basically Marc is a P-I-M-P.

Marc is top notch at answering questions and even better at setting up a Trust.

I called my neighbor and Marc set him up too.

Picking the name was the most fun part of it.

Picking the name has been the hardest part for ours. Is there any real reason to keep the name private? Don't know if I should bounce my idea off the community.

My understanding from marc, was that the name didn't matter, because the identity was combined with the trustees for identification purposes.
Far different from corp names, trademarks, or copyrights where each needs to be unique.
