Pending 3/29/21 called Monday still pending no examiner assigned, but when I called in January that lady had told me it was assigned to an examiner. This sucks.

I'm in the same boat. I'm at 354 days since check cashed on a individual paper form 4 and 65 days on eform 1. I called to check status and still pending on both. I read some recent forums were most people are 400+ days on paper F4s. One guy claims the examiner said every month pending, it gets kicked back an extra month approved. For example... if you were pending in March 2021...you should get approved in April 2022. If you were pending in April 2021, you're looking at June 2022. And the reason behind it all is the Eforms. I know someone that got his eform 4 back in 77 days. Even though I don't need another...I wanna buy another can and do a eform just to see which would come back faster...the new can or the one I've been waiting a year on. Can't wait to post my times on here and say something like...hang in there, it's coming

I will say that 65 days on a eForm 1 sounds promising. That is much easier to swallow than 365+ days for a form 4.

my last few form 1 (sbr, sbs) were either approved or rejected in 30 days. The SBS initially rejected for model number, but upon resubmit was accepted. This one is taking longer, not surprising given the upheaval at the ATF.

I'm sorry if this has been answered upstream ( don't want to wade thru 100 pages) but how is everyone obtaining info on their progress? I filed a form 4 thru the silencer shop web site, did my prints at their kiosk in late Sept '21. Got a request to certify about 6 weeks ago but my FFL took awhile to get up to speed. Finally was able to certify online about a week ago. So do I just wait on approval or ? Any idea how long its been taking to get the stamp approved for pik up ? Thanks for any insight on this process.

You don't really get updates. You get everything submitted, then out of the blue you get approved

Glad I actually opened up the eForm website to look because they didn't email the status change like usual. Approved a couple of days ago apparently.

Been 1 year today since I did my form 4, figured I'd give them a call..
They said it was received 6/4/2021 and that it is still pending.. Holy smokes, never waited so long for anything. At this point it doesn't even matter what I ordered, if it was a pack of bubble gum the anticipation would be killing me.
Figure it will probably be another month+ before (if) I finally actually get my mits on it.
