We dont know for sure what will be on the shipment, but I cant imagine a scope that has been on the market for 3 weeks will have made it to a dealer, then to a customer, then had an issue, then to Vortex, then gotten repaired in that amount of time. Typically its 2-3 years from release to refurb.
