    I've used it a few times.

    So far, this belly band does not work very well unsupported. With gym shorts, you have to make sure the waist band is tied around the holster. Otherwise, the gun, and holster, wants to bounce/wobble. Almost to the extent of undoing the Velcro.

    As long as I have the waist band of my gym shorts tied tight against the holster, it works good. I've been able to draw and holster my Glock 26. I've worked out with it on, haven't ran yet though.

    It would have been nice to use it unsupported, but other than that, I like it.
