The only possible way is Title 18, United States Code, Part 1, Chapter 13, Section 242 . . .

18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law

Getting a US Attorney to form a grand jury, get an indictment, and prosecute it is another matter. The whole series of laws from 241-250 are civil rights laws, the lower numbered ones dating back to 1948-1949, with various amendments over the years.
Yeah I have zero faith in or trust for our legal system to do what's right and protect the people from these thugs in government

It used to be that if a Leader/Judge/Politician were to get too absorbed in his own power and disregard the will of the people, he would be ran out of town on a rail. Today, the folks deserving to be ran out of town on a rail are surrounded by a private army protecting them from the people.

Some of those people should have the rail installed permanently so it is always handy.

Any new info on this topic ?

We all know ATF can’t make laws , but curious if any new info out on it .
Did you scroll through the thread? All the current lawsuits, and there are seven by my count, are cited along with links to check their current status in the Federal Court system via their case minute entries. Those will give you the latest info. Scroll backward from newest to oldest and you'll find them very easily.

Feel free to post latest status info on each of them here for the rest of us when you find out what they are.

I guess that means nothing has changed, as of yet !?
You'll have to go find the links, and read all seven case minutes for yourself. Then report back to rest of us on what you discover. Glad you volunteered your time to do that for us. It's greatly appreciated.

I am reaching the conclusion that we need an amendment to the constitution that says anything that takes rights away, cannot be enforced until all appeals are exhausted. Why do convicted murders get all this time before execution for their appeals to protect their rights, but our rights can be taken in a moment and it takes years to get them restored by SCOTUS…

Oh, that's because we didn't commit any crimes. See how it makes sense now?
